Jose Montoya is an EHR Business Application Analyst for Weitzman Institute. He is primarily responsible for supporting the electronic applications and data management for the National Institute of Health's All of Us Research Program(AOURP). He ensures data integrity for reporting requirements and works closely with the AOURP staff on collecting data, developing reports, and supporting the secure sharing of electronic health records with the AOURP data repository. Previously, Jose had been a research technician for the program, where he recruited participants from CHCI sites and facilitated their enrollment to aid with the nationwide one million participant goal.
Jose graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2017 as a New England Scholar with a double major Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Sociology. In 2018, Jose attained his Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut with a focus on American Politics and Political Theory.
