Patti Feeney, MSM
Patti is a Quality Improvement Coach and Educator at Community Health Center, Inc.’s Weitzman Institute. Patti has educated senior leaders, management teams and staff at various levels within Federally Qualified Health Centers and organizations across the country. She has an extensive background in change management and quality improvement strategies for community health organizations. Patti specializes in providing QI coaching education and leadership support to create a quality improvement structure and culture in order to implement new processes effectively and sustain them over time. Patti is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has a certification from the Dartmouth Institute in Clinical Microsystems. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College.
As the leader of the Weitzman Institute Learning Academy (WILA), Patti Feeney provides education and development opportunities for health professionals across the country. She holds a Masters of Science in Business from Albertus Magnus College and a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Central Connecticut State University.
As an experienced consultant and trainer, Patti has delivered Quality Improvement training, and leadership team development programs, designed curriculum, and provided staff training in communication strategies, effective facilitation and change management and customer support skills in corporate and healthcare environments for over 10 years.
Using her training and experience in adult education and group facilitation, Patti is known for making learning interactive and actionable. She has been selected to present at national conferences and organizations on Quality Improvement, Change Management, Practice Transformation, Professional Development and Coaching.
