Patti Feeney, MS is an Executive Leadership Coach, Quality Improvement Consultant and Senior Program Manager at the Weitzman Institute; the research, innovation, and education arm of Community Health Center, Inc. in Middletown, Connecticut. Patti’s background includes over 20 years of leadership and professional development experience, 10 years of coaching, consultation and leading quality improvement initiatives and teaching QI strategies for effective process implementation at Community Health Center, Inc. in Connecticut and for healthcare organizations across the country.

As an experienced national learning program leader, educator, and quality improvement coach, Patti drives cultural and organizational change by introducing team development strategies and transformation design methods to increase the capacity and resilience of leaders and teams, to improve business processes, achieve goals, and navigate strategies for effective communication.

As an executive leadership coach, Patti works one on one with leaders who have goals they would like to reach and challenges they are striving to overcome. Patti partners with new leaders and established executives who are in need of strategic time to focus on desired goals and helps them harness their own ideas and wisdom in order to map out a solid plan for success. Patti assists leaders through a process to maximize potential by honing in on the leader’s own resilience and capacity especially during uncertain times in our world today.

Patti earned her Masters of Science degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Central Connecticut State University. Patti is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), is also a certified Microsystems Coach through The Dartmouth Institute, an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean, Harvard Medical School Affiliate, and active member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
