Patti Feeney, MSM
Patti is a Leadership and Quality Improvement Coach as well as Educator and leader of the Weitzman Institute Learning Academy at Community Health Center, Inc.’s Weitzman Institute. Patti has educated senior leaders, management teams, and staff at various levels within Federally Qualified Health Centers and organizations across the country. She has an extensive background in change management and quality improvement strategies for community health organizations. Patti specializes in providing QI Coach Education and leadership support to create a structure and culture that fosters the effective implementation of new processes, strategies, and plans for sustainability.
As an experienced leadership coach and consultant, Patti has delivered training and leadership team development programs on a national scale for 20 years focused on quality improvement methods, communication strategies, effective facilitation, change management, customer support, and a wide range of professional development skills for corporate and healthcare professionals.
Patti has a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College. Patti is a certified Leadership Coach through the Life Purpose Institute, certified Clinical Microsystems Coach through the Dartmouth Institute, and holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma through Central Connecticut State University. Patti is also currently pursuing her Associate Certified Coach credential (ACC) from the International Coach Federation.
