Pediatric & Adolescent Behavioral Health

In the United States, an estimated 13% to 20% of children under age 18 will experience a mental health disorder this year, but only one out of five will receive treatment.

Project ECHO® Pediatric & Adolescent Behavioral Health (PABH) is a twice monthly videoconference that connects medical and behavioral health providers, including pediatricians, family physicians and nurse practitioners, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and licensed counselors with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to reduce the disparity in behavioral health access and improve quality of care and clinical outcomes for underserved children and adolescents. Addressed topics include ADHD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use and Abuse, and Continuity of Care.

Participant Testimonials

“One of my favorite parts of ECHO is the convenience factor. I can literally finish with a client and then, within ten minutes, be brought through videoconferencing to a group of panelists.”

“The case presentations are a helpful way for clinicians to apply topics to real scenarios. The feedback from colleagues is extremely helpful.”
