Kate Gager, Patient Experience Supervisor CHC, will share her tools and techniques to assessing patient literacy prior to the visit. With the goal of creating a sustainable framework for telehealth, Sydney Kennedy, Assistant Director of Telehealth CHC, will provide a structure for screening team members to solicit feedback on their digital literacy. Our experts will advise participants on the best practices for assessing, utilizing and responding to information regarding patient and team digital literacy.
