Weitzman’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Certificate Program: Organizational Change Series for Leaders, is aimed at teams of leaders within FQHCs and other primary care centers to implement organizational change and bring JEDI principles into practice.

Weitzman’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Certificate Program: Organizational Change Series for Leaders equips FQHC leaders with practical strategies for putting JEDI principles into practice immediately.

The program provides a foundation to advance health equity efforts, supporting requirements from The Joint Commission, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance.

Program Format

This innovative program guides your team through 7 asynchronous team-based E-Learning workshops where you’ll generate an action-oriented, ready-to-implement plan. Your group of leaders will meet at times that are convenient for them to complete this self-paced, asynchronous series.

CME and CE credits will be provided for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and clinical social workers, among others, by Moses/Weitzman Health System, an accredited provider through the Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education.
